SPUSA is celebrating over 10 years of providing services to thousands of single parents.
We've created a service where everyone feels comfortable with the process that we call From Divorce 2 Happiness. The company
was born in 1997 in Anaheim, Ca
SPUSA was founded
by a Anaheim man whose marriage fell apart. Finding himself suddenly a single parent, he began the tedious search to meet
"normal", well-educated single parent professionals. Not only was there no known divorce recovery groups in the
area but there were few opportunities to meet other single parents. His friends sent him out on blind dates, he tried
personal ads, contemplated the internet and dating services, but wasn't comfortable with any of these options. The ideal date,
he decided, was a lunch or dinner date or a drink after work. A fun, laid back, stress-free way to meet! But how
would he find these potential dinner dates?
Our
Mission:
To empower single parents through education and support, to teach single parents
to take care of their money by starting their own business, to teach single parents about financial planning, health, fitness
and about the spiritual aspects of their lives. To teach single parents how to use breakthrough parenting techniques
with their kids, to teach single parents how to listen to their hearts, their intuition and to pay attention to the things
around them and to live, love and have fun.
To further
promote the interests of our organization and our members to the community. We strive to make a difference by educating the
public and expanding our reach.
To increase the popularity of
our common interests. We hope to add new members so we will be able to grow and expand. We also want to have fun when we are
together and working on projects. By developing relationships and friendships, the organization will become even stronger.
To provide single parents an inexpensive and safe way to get in contact
with other single parents in their areas or any other areas throughout North America.
To provide single parents with a quick access to the many different products and services that they need on
a routine basis and at discounted prices that we are able to negotiate simply because of our numbers. There is Power
